Hey ladies. I'm sad to report that I have been diagnosed with polyhydrmnios (high amniotic fluid). Right now it is not too much of a concern for my Dr but they are going to monitor with ultrasounds every appointment and stress tests on Armon.
One of the common side effects of this is rupturing of the membranes or premature labor so I can't do anything high impact...:( I can still get on the elliptical, stairmaster and lift, but no more jogging or running.
Please don't forget about me because I will be back as soon as I am recovered from giving birth!

FINALLY! You are acting like a pregnant woman! Sit down and eat some bon-bons! (All the while the rest of us are going to be getting stronger so that maybe, just maybe, we can hold a candle to your physical prowess!!) Don't worry about little Armon, if he has half the endurance of his momma, he'll wait this whole pregnancy out and you'll have to go in after him! Rest, baby your baby, and let Brian baby you! ;)
